Each place lands on your Places shelf with a map pin, the city and a rating. When a video covers one destination, Tee builds a trip from the places inside it, so a Sicily video becomes a Sicily list instead of a clip you have to rewatch.
Questions
What if the place name is only on a sign in the video?
That is fine. Tee reads the text on screen, so a name on a shopfront or a sign is enough. It does not have to be spoken or captioned.
Does it work for a whole city tour, not one spot?
Yes. A video that runs through several places comes back as several pins, and Tee groups them into one trip for that destination.
Can I use it on videos I saved months ago?
Yes, and it is a good way to try it. If you can still open the video and hit share, Tee can read it. Videos are capped at three minutes.
